The Cadence Nutrition lab is located in Vancouver, British Columbia provides year round nutrition consultation, product supplementation and diet plans targeted to the cycling training athlete. The nutrition lab utilizes leading science and field testing of nutrition based performance measurement that provides the benefit of targeted and periodized nutrition supplementation, for measured and quantifiable performance. The lab is also used as a resource for our cycling training camps and offers opportunity for testing and data analysis for camp athletes.
The Full Force training camps are designed as immersive cycling training camps that integrate valuable fitness and athlete development opportunities with the development of individualized nutrition planning for each athlete guest. This camp is for 4 to 8 athletes and are run for more experienced riders/racers, competitive teams and groups that deal with diabetes.
We've integrated the elements of a first class highly specific cycling training/vacation camp centered on diabetic management, performance management and diabetic response measurement.

Blood sugar control is difficult even during a normal day, the complexity of response and performance impact during training and racing becomes very much more complex without some tools and knowledge.
The Diabetic Performance Athlete and Cadence Nutrition coached camps provide small groups of 6 to 10 participants with 4 to 6 days of daily immersive nutrition and cycling coaching development.The purpose of these nutrition camps is to provide a knowledge and a structure for establishing nutrition planning and practice for Type 1 diabetic athletes, their coaches and support group. You will develop steps to integrate nutrition into long term cycling training planning performance exploitaion with an emphasis on blood glucose management and overall health and fitness improvement.
